We have a number of product prototyping options available, each with its own advantages. From stereo-lithography, FDM 3d printing to CNC machining and injection molding. 3D printing processes are used to create extremely ‭accurate concept models, prototypes, and functional parts.

Injection molding works best for functional prototyping, pilot runs, bridge tooling and low-volume production of on-demand parts. With so many different production-grade thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber materials available, you can get your part the way you want it.

We provide the integration solution for our customers. Meaning, if our customer needs a metal part that has plastic in it, we will put it together.

We started back in 2014 as a prototyping company and shifted our strategy to an Integrator as we noticed a need in our market for someone who could provide the entire solution in every stage of a product.

A prime example of a customer of ours is they designed a new part, we help them with the DFM during the Product development stage, then we run either CNC Machining or 3D Printing to prototype it. Then after multiple iterations, we do the following:

For plastic parts: small run using Urethane Casting or straight to Injection Molding or Rotational Molding.

For metal parts: small run using laser cutting and then Turret punching or Stamping depending on the volume required.
