Advanced software is used to interpret design documents for several aspects of design controls, like CTQs needed for Device Manufacturing, including process specifications, detailed drawings, engineering computations, and traceability matrices. By using AI to analyze and interpret design documents, designers can save time and reduce errors in their work. Chrono Seiki utilizes AI to create FAI Reports and PPAP output documents that will reduce the overall time and cost of documentation and inspection processes. 

The use of Keyence automated vision systems allows experienced quality control technicians to program and validate the programmed inspection data results.
