We have many Multi Axis CNC Swiss Type Machines with 1.250" Bar Capacity all with Auto Bar Loaders allowing us to run Lights out in many cases. Turn/Mill CNC Lathes with 2" Bar Capacity and 8" Chucking Capacity. Vertical CNC Milling with 22" x 15" x 14" envelope. Utilizing our Partmaker Cad/Cam Programming System we are able to go from Print to Part in the shortest time possible. We run Visual Enterprise Manufacturing Software with an Intergrated Scheduling Production Control System allowing us unprecedented Real Time Vision of Scheduling and Shop Capacity at all times.

We also offer CNC routing of all types of sheet plastics as well as aluminum. Our router is able to handle a sheet size of 5' x10'. MF has also added 3D Rapid prototyping in both plastic composites including Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass and HSHT Fiberglass as well as printing in Metals such as 17-4PH and H13 Tool Steel with more to follow.
