Shamirel is an ITAR-registered precision CNC machining, engineering, and product development shop based in Chandler, Arizona, pursuing ISO certification, and supporting customers from initial concept through fully manufacturable, production-ready parts and assemblies.

We provide full in-house engineering and product services, taking ideas from ideation and design through CAD modeling, DFM optimization, CAM programming, prototyping, and CNC manufacturing. Shamirel delivers engineerable, production-intent designs built for real-world manufacturing and downstream scalability.

Our machining capabilities include simultaneous 5-axis, 3+2, and 3-axis machining on DN Solutions DVF-4000 (5-axis) and DN Solutions SVM-4100 (3-axis) platforms, supporting rapid prototyping through low- and mid-volume production with an emphasis on accuracy, process control, and repeatability.

We have direct experience machining titanium, Inconel, Monel, Haynes alloys, and other high-temperature and nickel-based superalloys, using advanced cutting strategies and premium tooling systems. Our shop is equipped with ISCAR and Kennametal tooling, including high-pressure coolant drills, hydraulic and shrink-fit toolholding, and precision workholding optimized for difficult-to-machine materials.

Programming is performed in Siemens NX and Mastercam, with full in-house CAM, fixture strategy, and manufacturing optimization. We also support SolidWorks-based CAD cleanup, model conversion, and DFM guidance.

Shamirel brings 20+ years of combined manufacturing experience, operates in a secure, climate-controlled facility, and routinely supports subcontract manufacturing for defense, aerospace, space, turbomachinery, energy, and semiconductor primes, including ITAR-adjacent and AS9100/ISO-driven environments.

Additional capabilities include SLA resin 3D printing (Formlabs) for fixtures, tooling, and rapid validation.
